As Hilary starts her relationship with her father's protoge Eric, Will buys a new car and calls it "The Rapmobile". However after Philip and Vivian kept asking him if he got insurance, Philip forbids him to drive his car.
Later when Will and Jazz were about to drive to the mall to pick up girls, they get sideswiped by Eric and Hilary from behind. With no insurance, Eric sues Philip for the car collision in order to sue Will .
